Parking: There is a paid lot behind the building, entered from Oak St, or metered and free 2-hour street parking on nearby streets. Also easily accessible by transit along Broadway. NOTE: please allow for extra travel time due to ongoing nearby construction.

Building Access: Take the elevators to the 7th floor and check in with reception.

After hours or weekends: Before 8:30am, after 5:30pm, weekends and holidays, the doors may be locked. I will come down a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to greet you and let you in. You can also self-check in on Jane, text or call when you arrive.

Cancellation Policy: I kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged in full for the missed appointment. Prior to 24 hours, you can cancel your appointment online through you Jane profile. If you are cancelling under 24 hours, please call and leave a message or text the clinic. If you are sick, please give as much notice as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better.
